    Flash-cure unit with a moving drying head.

    The KTK Kimera is the new flash-cure unit to join the KTK family.

    Equally efficient to its peers in its functions, the KTK Kimera was explicitly conceived for covering larger drying areas at a minor cost. Its moveable drying head allows a more economical performance, not needing as many lamps as the conventional drying heads of the KTK Dragon and the KTK Fenix.

    The way this unit works is quite simple to explain. Its movement is the same as the squeegee car’s movement on a printing head, while the flashing is the same as on the KTK Dragon and the KTK Fenix. To sum up, we are basically combining processes to achieve a more efficient solution for our partners, the KTK customers.

    Furthermore, it is important to mention that on this flash-cure unit with a moving drying head, we still kept the standby mode, which is responsible for the more efficient use of energy by this particular model.

    The KTK Kimera is tailor-made for screen-printing company owners looking to downsize their energy consumption costs.

    FENIX

    The KTK FENIX, arrives at the market as a more economical solution for the everyday job of the modern-day screen-printer.

    With a voltage ranging from 9kW to 18kW, and a drying area of 400mm x 400mm up to 800mm x 600mm, depending on the flash-curing unit, the KTK FENIX shows itself as being very reliable.

    Its medium wave infra-red lights are of low consumption and allow for a more efficient flash-curing. Furthermore, its intelligent processor turns off the whole unit, when the machine is not in use.

    The dimensions of the KTK FENIX make the placement of this flash-curing unit under a printing-head possible, when the machine has a high-lifting position feature.

    On its LED screen and user-friendly control panel, the printer can set up the drying time, temperature or even a smaller drying area. The printer can work both manually or automatically, with the KTK FENIX. Its compatibility with all the KTK machines, makes the setup of the KTK FENIX be even more simple, as, in terms of software, the KTK machines allow for several flash-curing units to be connected sequentially, in order to avoid peaks of consumption.

    The KTK Dragon flash-cure unit, arrived at the global market to answer the needs of the modern screen-printer. With a voltage that ranges from 9kW to 25,5kW, and a drying area that ranges from 400mm x 400mm to 1200mm x 850mm, the KTK DRAGON can always guarantee a reliable flash-curing.

    Its medium wave infra-red lights are of low consumption and allow for a more efficient flash-curing. Furthermore, its intelligent processor turns off the whole unit, when the machine is not in use, therefore contributing to giving the KTK DRAGON a longer lifetime than its competitors.

    The dimensions of the KTK Dragon make the placement of this flash-cure unit under a printing-head possible when on a high-lifting position. Also, its drying head can rotate 90º, making it possible to work in various different angles and with a versatility that can be applied to any printing job.

    On its LED screen and user-friendly control panel, the printer can set up the drying time, temperature or even a smaller drying area.

Its compatibility with all the KTK machines, makes the setup of the KTK DRAGON be even simpler, as in terms of software, the KTK machines allow that several units are connected sequentially, in order to avoid peaks of consumption.

    ETNA

    Tunnel Dryer

    When it comes to finishing off the screen-printing process, it is important to have a reliable and powerful tunnel dryer. The KTK ETNA is that and much more.

    Thought to be adapted to every screen-printing company and to be a true complement to any screen-printing machine, no matter the type of inks used, the KTK ETNA is available in 5 different options of drying length, ranging from 3 to 9 meters, and with 2 options of belt width, going from 1.5m to 1.8m. It is also important to underline that it is able of holding the maximum temperature of 200ºC.

    On the one hand, the KTK ETNA is never seen as a problem, but always a solution, as with its stability, reliability and modern design, all factors are taken into account during the production process, therefore contributing to the good reputation of this remarkable tunnel dryer has been building.

    On the other hand, it can also be seen as a powerful platform for the day-to-day work of the screen printer, as it is able of storing all data regarding temperature information and drying time for a year. With this feature, the KTK ETNA proves itself as a reliable option to give detailed information to the client regarding the drying process, if anything goes wrong with the printing.

    The KTK ETNA works with electricity or gas, depending on the printer’s preference. With its heat exchanger, our gas option is designed in a way that the burnt gases are never in direct contact with the fabrics, preventing any yellowing of the garments.

    Our tunnel dryers can be built with any need a printer may have in mind. The input or output stringer’s length, the width or length of the tunnel dryer, or even the belt(s) width and length, can be tailor-made to the printer’s needs. The KTK ETNA can also be built with a double belt, able of running in the same direction or in opposite ways, with different velocities. With this vast array of options, we can really say that every part of this tunnel dryer is customizable!
