    The KTK MASTER PLUS is the oval screenprinting machine of excellence at KTK, incorporating all the latest technological innovations and all the best features a screen-printing technician can ask for.

    As it is built with every client’s need in mind, the KTK Master Plus is impeccable at every level. With a minimum of 16 pallets and an almost infinite number of configuration possibilities, in terms of the number of pallets and printing heads, the KTK Master Plus is as versatile as it gets. Perfect to answer any need a printer might have.

    The KTK MASTER PLUS is as known for being ideal for printing larger areas, as it is for its durability, strength and reliability. With a printing area ranging from 700mm x 500mm (28’’ x 20’’) up to a maximum of 1100mm x 1000mm (43’’ x 39’’) in double index and an incredible maximum output rate of over 1000 pieces per hour, the KTK MASTER PLUS machine is a true weapon on every printer’s company.

    On this oval screen-printing machine, the printer can find two laser arms (one on each end), two control panels (being one of them a tablet), and the printing heads with independent lifting equipped. These features contribute to the reputation the oval screenprinting machine model KTK MASTER PLUS has been building as one of the most practical and versatile oval screenprinting machines in the market. With these features, the printer has the ability to set up more than one job at the same time, as he/she can easily execute the registration of any jobs on both ends of the machine.

    Besides the independent printing head lifting system, the KTK MASTER PLUS is also equipped with the ability to achieve the cleaning position automatically. With this feature, the printer is not only able to clean the screens more easily but also of setting up peripherals in any position he/she may want. Whether it is a KTK DRAGON Flash-Cure unit or a KTK CLOUD Flock System, or any other module, the printer will have complete freedom to place the peripheral even under printing heads, allowing him/her to do jobs ranging from the simplest prints to the most complex.

    One of the main features of the KTK MASTER PLUS oval screenprinting machine is its ability to maintain registration, allowing the printer to spend more time working on what really matters, and therefore serving his client with more quality.

    Equally important to mention is the ability the printer has of moving a pallet to a specific position, on the machine, by simply pressing a button. This feature, although simple, is responsible for a fast and reliable job’s registration.
